米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的价值 被引量：9

摘要 目的:观察米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的价值。方法:采用前瞻性随机双盲方法对189例异位妊娠患者分别给予米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤(MTX)和安慰剂联合MTX治疗,比较其疗效。结果:米非司酮联合MTX治疗异位妊娠成功率为81.1%(77/95),安慰剂联合MTX治疗异位妊娠成功率为72.3%(68/94),差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组病人β-HCG降至<10MIU/mL所需时间分别为(22.85±6.31)d和(24.35±7.81)d,差异无显著性(P>0.05);然而,当患者血清孕酮浓度>10ng/mL时,米非司酮联合MTX治疗成功率为81.0%(17/21),安慰剂联合MTX治疗成功率为35.7%(5/14),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合MTX治疗高血清孕酮浓度的异位妊娠是有效的。
