手性季铵盐(C_(12)O-PDBAC)的合成、表征及抑菌活性

Synthesis,Characterization and Bacteriostatic Activities of Chiral Quaternary Ammonium(C_(12)O-PDBAC) Salt

摘要 以月桂醇、二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,合成了(3-十二烷氧-2-羟丙基)二甲基苄基氯化铵(C12O-PDBAC),产品用丙酮-无水乙醇/石油醚多次重结晶,并通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对目标产物的结构进行了表征。抑菌试验结果表明,产品对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为40mmol/L。 Starting with 1-dodecanol, dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin, (3-dodecoxy-2-hydroxypropyl) dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride ( C12 O-PDBAC) was synthesized, then it was recrystallized with acetone-absolute alcohol/naphtha for several times. And the structure of title product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H-NMR. The test showed that the minimal bacteriostatic concentration of product against S L Aureus and E Coli was 40 mmol/L.
