摘要
连铸机结晶器液压振动采用两个振动液压缸驱动。本文对宝钢试验连铸机振动液压系统液压缸的运动所采集到的部分试验数据进行了分析,得出了两缸运动的精度数值,说明该系统可以精确地实现正弦和非正弦振动,能够满足连铸机生产的要求。
hydraulic vibration of mould in a easter usually is driven with two hydraulic cylinders. A analysis was carried out on test data picking up from movement of the hydraulic cylinders in the pilot easter of Baosteel and then the movement Accuracies of the two cylinders were gained. Which proves that the hydraulic vibration system can exactly realize the sinuous/non-sinuous vibration to meet the requirements in production of the cater.
