摘要
目的:观察大鼠正畸牙移动中牙周膜的组织内转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的变化,初步探讨TGF-β1在牙周膜改建中的作用。方法:选用30只健康雄性W istar大鼠,用单簧圈别针簧矫治器推上颌切牙侧向移动,于加力后1、3、6、10、14天系列观察牙周膜中TGF-β1的表达。以正常组为对照,用免疫组织化学方法进行检测。结果:牙移动时,压力侧、张力侧TGF-β1表达增加,而张力侧3天、6天组TGF-β1表达明显增多,大于压力区。结论:TGF-β1参与了正畸牙移动牙周膜的改建。TGF-β1在正畸牙移动牙周膜改建中具有双重调节及抑制性反馈作用,有明显的成骨作用。
Objective:To investigate the changes periodontium and levers of TGF -β1 in rats caused by tooth movement. Methods : Orthodontic tooth movement of upper incisors was induced in 35 male Wistar rats. Histological changes in periodontium and expression of TGF-β1 were observed in 1 , 3, 6, 10 and 14 days after tooth movement by using HE immunohistochemical staining. Results :TGF - β1 was observed in periodontium before movement. After tooth movement the number of TGF -β1cells initially increased in both compressed and stretched tissues. 3 to 5 days after movement TGF - β1cell levels decreased in compressed zones and remained constant in stretched zones. Conclusion:TGF -β1 participates in periodontium remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement. TGF - β1 plays a double role in remodeling of periodontium during orthodontic tooth movement, and can powerfully promote bone formation.
