摘要
用NaCl、NaOH和Na2CO3改性Ca(OH)2作固硫剂进行型煤固硫实验,结果表明:改性后的氢氧化钙的固硫率明显高于未改性的氢氧化钙的固硫率。通过对固硫剂固硫前后的扫描电镜的分析,认为改性氢氧化钙固硫率提高的原因是碱金属离子的加入导致氧化钙晶格的改变,使氧化钙的孔径变多,有利于气体的扩散,从而提高固硫率。
The briquette capturing sulfur experiment was made with calcium hydroxide that is modified with solution of NaC1, NaOH and Na2CO3. The experiment result is shown that, the capturing sulfur rate of modified calcium hydroxide is greater than that without modified calcium hydroxide. The reasons were studied through to analyze the capturing sulfur agent after capturing sulfur reaction by using the SEM.
