煤仓料位的连续在线测量一直是国内外煤炭工业长期以来未能彻底解决的难点问题。笔者在广泛调研和分析国内外现有料位计的基础上,开发了一种基于称重信号的防爆型智能重锤料位计,能够定时连续测量筒仓料位,具有数字显示、自检、可编程控制、上下限声光报警以及联网功能,并适应具有爆炸危险的场合。可广泛用于煤矿、冶金、电力、化工、建材等行业的料位检测。

Continuant and online measurement of coal level is always a difficult point that hasnt been solved thoroughly by domestic and abroad coal industry. A new type of intelligent weighting hammer level indicator based on loading signal is developed through investigation and analyses of level transducer in existence. It can be used to measure the level of silo continuously and timely, the digital display, sell oneself, programmable control, upper and down limit alarm with sound and light, online measurement and suitable for exploding occasion. The automatic level- monitoring instrument can be used also in colliery, metallurgy mines, chemical engineering and so on as well.
