摘要
介绍一种基于信息纽扣的智能卡式水表网络系统设计原理。通过对TM卡信息保密机制的研究和具有独特性能的陶瓷电动控制阀门的研究试验,并应用1-wire总线技术、最小功耗设计、电池长效供电以及信息管理数据库等技术优化系统设计、设计完成微机电一体化预付费智能水表测控管网络系统。研究表明,合理优化存储信息载体的信息安全机制,检测和执行机构的动作可靠性,对提高微机电系统的在计量控制精度、低功耗特性、数据保密性、动作可靠性等方面的性能具有重要作用。
Introduces a prepayment intelligence cold-water meter computer measurement and info manage net system, By investigating into the info secrecy method of the touch memory card and by experimenting to the high performance porcelain electro motion control valve, and by colligating various technique such as 1~wire bus port design, lowest power waste and battery longevity power supply design, and info database manage design, a tiny mech-electr system with fine performances are obtained. The study indicates that optimizing on the info carrier's security mechanism and on the inspect & execute machine's action credibility plays importance in improving the tiny mech-electr system's performance at measure & control precision, power waste, data secrecy and action reliability.
