摘要
科学发展观与法治精神在以人为本、维护人性尊严等方面存在着内在的契合。科学发展观的提出,为我们改造传统法律文化,将法治精神本土化,提供了历史机遇。中国拥有悠久的法制史,但始终未能从内部孕育出法治的精神,是值得深思的。追溯这种现象背后的根源,并按照科学发展观的要求进行一个系统的法治再造工程,是目前我国法治建设面临的一项重要任务。
The idea of scientific development has intrinsic compatibility with the spirit of nomocracy in such aspects as taking human being as foundation and safeguarding the dignity of people. The practice of the idea affords us a chance to rebuild the tradition legal culture and cultivate the spirit of nomocracy in China, which has a long history of nomocracy but has not cultivated the spirit of modem nomocracy. It is a imperative mission for us to discover the causes behind and reconstruct our nomocracy according to the idea of scientific development.
