依法执政主要就是执政党在宪法和法律的范围内执掌和行使执政权力,实现执政方式的法制化。中国共产党依法执政要形成依照宪法、法律和党规党法行使执政权的行为方式及其习惯,要加强党内民主建设,健全党内民主制度,逐渐实现执政方式的制度化程序化。
