摘要
随着《社保基金海外投资管理暂行办法》即将出台,社保基金有望年内进行海外投资。作者针对这一最新情况,从实际分析了全国社保基金投资运营的现状,社保基金海外投资面临的风险和主要问题,论证了投资组合理论在社保基金投资中的运用,提出了有效防范和管理社保基金海外投资风险的对策。
The social security fund is expected to be invested overseas within this year. Based on this new situation, the author analyzes the current situation of the fund in operation, the risk and problems it faces in the overseas investment, illustrates the application of the Investment Combinatorial Theory in the social security fund investment, and puts out some countermeasures against the overseas investment risk.
