As a great faithful-narrating historic work, the Record of Historian has some materials related to the Book of Changes, which shows overall development of Chinese Yi Learning, and are related with Sima Qian＇s academic thought and emotional experience. Understanding these is of great importance to fully grasping the connotation of the Record of Historian.
