摘要
汽车的轻量化要求汽车零件更多地使用非金属材料,聚醚砜材料是综合了高热变形温度、高冲击强度的特种工程塑料,在国内具备先进的合成工艺并已批量生产,在汽车领域具有广泛的应用前景。对聚醚砜材料的性能及合成进行了研究,并对其在汽车领域的使用进行了归纳。
Weight lighting of automobiles requires more parts made of nonmetal material.Polyether sulfones material has good prospects in automobile industry because of its high deformation temperature and high impact strength, moreover its domestic mass production is realized by advanced synthesizing process.The property and synthesization of polyether sulfones material are studied and its application in automobile industry is summarized.
