应用超声显像观察氨茶碱对慢性阻塞性肺病膈肌活动的影响

摘要
对２０例ＣＯＰＤ急性加重期患者静脉注射氨茶碱０．１２５ｇ，发现注射后１分钟血清氨茶碱已达有效浓度，于注射前、后超声显像观察膈肌运动力学变化，发现注射后，即引起膈肌吸气期幅度增加．呼气１期速度下降、呼气２期幅度下降。注射后肺通气功能有所改善。
