丙烯与苯液相烷基化合成异丙苯中副产物正丙苯生成的研究 被引量:2

摘要 进行了Y沸石改性催化剂液相烷基化工艺条件对副产物正丙苯生成影响的实验,考察了液相烷基化中副产物正丙苯生成途径。结果表明,液相烷基化反应产物中总的正丙苯生成量,除了丙烯与液相苯烷基化反应直接生成外,一半以上是由于多异丙苯烷基转移反应生成的。通过正丙苯生成动力学的研究,得到了 463-478 K温度下液相烷基化过程总的正丙苯生成的速率方程和其中烷基转移生成正丙苯的速率方程。 Influence of reaction condition on formation of normal propylbenzene m liquid phase alkylation for cumene over modified Y zeolite catalyst and formation routes of normal propylbenzene were investigated. Experiment results showed that besides direct formation from alkylation of propylene and benzene, more half of the total normal propylbenzene content in liquid phase alkylation for cumene came from transaklytion of polyisopropylbenzene, t(inetics of formation of normal propylbenzene was studied, in which the total rate equation of formation of normal propylbenzene in liquid phase alkylation and the rate equation in transalkylation under 463-478 K were obtained. Regulated operation conditions, especially high space velocity and low temperature could decreased normal propylbenzene content of cumene.
