摘要 通过L27(313)正交试验研究了时间、AMT浓度、BTA浓度、温度等因素对黄铜表面钝化效果的影响。结果表明:各因素对黄铜表面钝化效果的影响顺序从大到小依次为:温度、AMT浓度、BTA浓度、时间。通过添加不同的无机盐、有机试剂、调节pH值等调节复配钝化液,进行了黄铜的表面防蚀试验研究。研究结果表明:钝化液Ⅲ效果最好,并保持原有的金属颜色和光泽,经48h湿热试验后表面几乎没有变化,硝酸点滴试验也大大超出了合格标准。 Through a orthogonal test L27 ( 3^13 ), the effect of some factors including time (min), temperature (℃), the concentration of AMT and the concentration of BTA on corrosion of brass was studied. The test results showed that the five factors affecting brass surface treatment in a descending order as: temperature (℃), the concentration of AMT, the concentration of BTA and time (min). The effect of brass surface treatment was researched by adding inorganic.organic and changing pH, the brass treated by the compound passivators (Ⅲ) could anti-tarnish nearly in 48h among hot steam,and were able to endure nitric acid titration by far exceed the qualified standard.
