瓷釉涂层/金属基体界面分维和密着性关系研究

摘要 针对喷瓷管道密着性的定量测试和表征问题,以采用热熔敷法制备的瓷釉涂层为研究对象,从不同的表面结构、不同熔敷温度和保温时间3个方面研究了涂层/基体界面分形维数和密着性之间的关系。研究发现,只用界面分形维数来表征涂层的密着性具有一定的片面性,提出了分形密着度的概念和公式。进一步研究表明,涂层/基体界面分形密着度的大小和密着性的好坏呈相同的变化趋势,可以将分形密着度作为密着性的一个评定参数,分形密着度越大,涂层的密着性就越好。 Quantitative testing and characterization of the sprayed porcelain pipe's adherence bother us for many years. The enamel coatings are prepared by the heat deposit method. The effects of surface morphology, depositing temperature and holding time on the calculated fractal dimension and tested adherence are studied. The results show that, it is unilateral if only the fractal dimension is used to define the coating adherence, so the concept of the fractal adherence should be adopted. It can be seen that the fractal adherence of the enamel coating/substrate metal interface has the same variable tendency with the adherence, and then the fractal adherence can be used as a evaluative parameter of the adherence. The bigger the fractal adherence of the interface is, the better the adherence of the coating is.
