摘要
目的:观察炙马钱子对兔实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力(EAMG)的治疗作用及其初步的作用机理。方法:从电鳐电器官提取乙酰胆碱受体(AChR),并主动免疫兔造成EAMG模型,观察炙马钱子对EAMG兔的重复神经电刺激(RNS)、血清IgG和IgM、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、临床症状评分的影响。结果:炙马钱子可减少EAMG兔低频RNS的衰减率、降低IgGI、gM和CHE浓度,降低其临床症状评分,部分参数的变化具有统计学意义。结论:炙马钱子对兔EAMG可能有治疗作用,其机理可能与改善神经肌肉接头处的传递等有关。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and preliminary mechanism of grilled nux vomica treating the rabbits′experimental autoimmune myasthenic gravis(EAMG).Methods:The animal model was induced in rabbits by immunizing acetylcholine receptor(AchR) which was extracted from torpedo,the repetitive neuroelectricit stimulation(RNS)?IgG and IgM?cholinesterase(CHE)?clinical scores of rabbit EAMG was observed.Results:Grilled nux vomica could reduce the attenuatim rate of low frequency RNS and clinical scores,the concentration of IgG and CHE was reduced,some of them the statistics signifi cance was obvious.Conclusion:Grilled nux vomica may have therapeutic effect on EAMG,and the mechanism may be that grilled nux vomica improve the conduction of neuromuscular juction(NMJ).
