摘要
目的:观察茜草水煎醇沉液对小鼠凝血时间的影响,比较不同炮制方法、不同给药途径、不同浓度的茜草水煎醇沉液对小鼠凝血时间影响的差异性,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:采用毛细玻璃管小鼠眼内眦球后静脉丛取血法,测定小鼠凝血时间。实验分二批处理,均设止血敏组(阳性对照)和生理盐水组(空白对照),实验一:观察灌服不同浓度生、炒茜草(炭)水煎醇沉液对小鼠凝血时间的影响;实验二:观察腹腔注射不同浓度生、炒茜草(炭)水煎醇沉液对小鼠凝血时间的影响。结果:灌服、腹腔注射各组同生理盐水组比较,凝血时间均明显缩短,差异极显著(P<0.01),且随着剂量的增加其促凝作用增强,同等剂量的生茜草作用强于茜草炭。结论:茜草水煎醇沉液对小鼠的凝血时间有明显缩短作用。
Objective:To observe the efffect of Rubia cordiofolia L.(RCL) decoction on coagulation time of rat and compare the coagulation time among RCL different processing products decoction,different concentration decoction and different administration routes to provide basis for clinical application.Methods:the method of taking blood from rats′eyes with capillary.The experiment was divided into three parallel test including Aglumin test(masculine contrast) and physiology brine(blank contrast)in each test as follows:The first test,to observe the effect on coagulation time with different concentration decoction of crude RCL and parched RCL by ig;the second,to observe the effect on coagulation time with different concentration decoction of crude RCL and parched RCL by ip.Results:ig and ip could shorten the coagulation time obviously compare with the control group(P<0.01).the more dose,the shorter coagulation time.Grude RCL is super to charring RCL with the same dose.Conclusion:RCL decoction could shorten the coagulation time obviously.
