Role of Listed Companies should be Stressed in Rejuvenating Northeast Old Industrial Base

上市公司是衡量一个地区经济发展水平的重要标志。历史机遇和上市公司自身的发展壮大,必将使其在振兴东北老工业基地过程中发挥重要的作用。我们应通过增强上市公司融资功能、深化上市公司资产重组、用好上市公司“壳”资源、理顺上市公司产权关系、完善上市公司治理结构等措施,充分发挥其在推动国有企业改组、改制中的作用,从而带动东北地区的经济发展。

Listed company is an important sign standing for the level of economic development in an area. Listed companies will play important role in rejuvenating northeast old industrial base because of historical opportunity and development of these companies. Leading role in development of northeast local economy by the listed companies should be embodied in these companies' strengthening of fi-nancing,deepening of assets rearrangement, well utilizing of resources,straightening of property rights and perfecting of regulating structures.
