摘要
自从20世纪70年代末以来,西方许多学者就开始对教师的职业倦怠问题进行研究,至今已形成了丰富的研究成果。文章主要对西方教师职业倦怠研究较为关注的几方面问题,即职业倦怠概念的界定、教师职业倦怠的影响因素、教师职业倦怠的缓解对策方面进行了评述,以期为我国的教师职业倦怠研究提供理论参考与借鉴。
From the end of the 1970s,many scholars in the west have done the research of teacher burnout and have achieved a lot. The article makes a commentary on the issues that the research of teacher burnout in the west focuses on ,which include the definition of burnout, the influencial factors of teacher burnout, and the strategies for teacher burnout reduction. It' s hopeful to provide some reference for the study on teacher burnout in China.
