摘要
以磁性壳聚糖微球作载体对HRP进行固定化研究,同时为了便于比较,还用壳聚糖微球固定HRP.结果表明:磁性壳聚糖微球固定的HRP的理化性质优于壳聚糖微球固定的HRP,磁性酶因具有磁响应性,可方便、快速地从反应体系中分离.
As a carrier, the immobilization of HRP on Magnetic Chitosan Microspheres was studied. In constrast to magnetic immobilized enzyme, the immobilization of HRP on Chitosan Microspheres was also studied. The results showed that Magnetic Chitosan Microspheres immobilizing HRP had the better physicochemical properties than native HRP and Chitosan Microspheres immobilizing HRP, and because of its magnetic responsibility, it was simple and convenient to retrieve magnetic HRP.
