海金沙多糖的分离纯化及抗菌活性 被引量:29

摘要 从海金沙中提取水溶性粗多糖,用Sevag法脱蛋白后,经DEAE-纤维素52柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶G-200柱层析可得到纯品,利用纸片法进行了抑菌实验.结果表明:海金沙多糖显示了不同程度的抗菌活性,对普通变形杆菌和稻瘟病病原菌有相对较强的抑制活性. The crude polysaccharides were extracted from Lygodium japonicum by hot water. They were deproteinized by Sevag method for several times and purified by DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 chromatography column in turn. They were tested for the antimicrobial activities using the agar disc diffusion method. The result showed the polysaccharides from Lygodium japonicum had varying amount of activity against gram positive bacteria and fungi and had strong activities against Proteas valgaris Hause and Piricularia oryzae Cav.
