摘要 用碱性脂肪酶在正庚烷中催化合成己酸乙酯,探讨了加酶量、反应温度和反应时间以及采用不同的碱性脂肪酶等因素对己酸转化率的影响.研究表明,当己酸浓度为0.20 mol/L、己酸和乙醇的摩尔比为1∶1.25、摇床转速为150 r/min、定时加入一定量的3 A分子筛适当移走产物的水分时:最佳反应温度为32℃,产自扩展青霉碱性脂肪酶高产变株FS1884-1的酶A催化效果为最好,当酶A的加入量为每瓶0.30g(相当于950 U/g己酸)、反应时间为24 h时,己酸的转化率已达94%. The alkaline lipase catalyzed syntheses of ethyl hexanoate in heptane were studied . The influences of some factors on the conversion of hexanoic acid were discussed, such as amount of alkaline lipase added, reaction temperature, reaction time and variety alkaline lipase. Experiment conditions: concentration of hexanoic acid was 0.20 mol/L, molar ratio of hexanoic acid and ethanol was 1: 1.25, shake speed of reaction vessel was 150 r/min, certain amout of moecular sieve 3A were added at the certain times. The results showed that , optimum reaction temperature: 32℃ ; optimum amount of alkaline lipase added: 0.30 g/bottle of 950 U/g hexanoic acid; optimum alkaline lipase: Penicillium expansum FS1884-1 lipase A, the conversion of hexanoic acid reached 94 % after 24 hours.
