摘要
从抗震设计理论的发展出发,阐述了基于性能的结构抗震设计理论的基本思想.着重探讨了直接基于位移抗震设计的方法和步骤,并提出了该方法在今后的研究与应用中需要解决的若干问题.
Viewed form the development of seismic design theory, this paper expounds the basic thought of performance-based structural seismic design theory. The displacement-based seismic design method is particularly proposed and some unsolved problems and future directions in the research and applications of this method are listed.
