建设业知识管理及建筑工程质量知识管理系统

摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来,知识成为建设业发展和进步的动力,结合建设业行业特点制定和执行知识管理战略,促进知识创新和知识应用,是提高企业竞争力的重要途径.按实践来源,将建设业知识分为最佳实践知识、失败知识和其他知识;探讨了建设业知识管理的实施战略,指出建立行业学习机制是基础,总结和积累最佳实践知识和失败知识是重点,行业管理机构、从业团体和IT技术提供者是主要角色.文中总结了支持知识管理的信息技术,分析了知识管理系统应具有的知识积累、知识共享、知识交流、知识创新等主要功能.
