摘要
提出了一种简单、高效的运动物体视频检测方法,在存在一定干扰的情况下实现视.i频图像中某一特定区域物体的运动检测.通过对像素实际彩色值的处理,避免了干扰的影响,得到了很好的效果.大量实际应用验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.
A simple and effectual method of dynamicing mobile＇s video frequency is given. When there is some interferential complexion, it will realize detecting the mobile in location. Through disposing practical color numerial value of imagine element, it will avoid interferential influence and receive a good effect. A great deal of practical appling validates the validity and practicability of this method.
