With its new theoretical vision and dialectic totalism, the economic law, as a new branch of law, has influenced the law practice and jurisprudence extensively, in order to have a deep understanding of the nature and characteristics of the economic law, the present paper makes a dialectical study of the practical and theoretical foundation of the emergence, development and perfection of the economic law. The issues to be discussed include the relationship between individuals and society, citizen society and political state, market mechanism and government regulation, and economic democracy and economic centralization.
