古巴比伦时期土地租金问题研究

A Research on the Rent of the Field-Lease in Old Babylon Period

由于原始材料的缺乏和古代语言文字的障碍,国内学者对于古巴比伦时期土地租金问题的研究一直未能取得突破。以古巴比伦时期的土地租赁契约对土地租赁中的租金问题进行分析研究,可得出一些新的研究成果。租金的种类并不是单一的大麦,其他作物及制成品也可作为租金。租金的比率也多种多样,熟地、荒地、果园地等不同土地类型的租金比率各不相同;同一土地类型的租金在不同的时期内,租金比率也存在着变化。土地租赁活动在古巴比伦时期得到了充分的发展。

Owing to the lack of prime materials and the hindrance of ancient language, the research on the rent field - lease hasn＇ t got creationaxy achievement. This article has got some new points according to a lot of field - lease contracts belong to Old Babylon Period. The rent is not only barley. The sesame, the sesame oil, silver, bread, beer, meat and so on also serve as rent. The ratio of rent is also various. Not only are the rent of wasteland, cultivated land and orchard field different, but also the rent of same land is different in different period. The Field- least fully develops in Old Babylon.
