吉安市中心城区规划建设现状与对策分析

The status and countermeasures for the central region planning and construction of Ji an city

随着城市化进程加快和城市经济的发展，城市规划在城市建设中的龙头指导作用愈显重要。本文针对吉安市中心城区规划建设现状，分析了其规划建设存在的主要问题并提出了相应的对策，以促进城市建设良性、可持续发展。

With the urbanization and rapid development of city economy, urban planning plays more and more important instructive roles in city construction. This paper describes the status of the central region planning and construction of Ji＇an city, and analyzes the major problems it faces. Meanwhile, we put forward some countermeasures to solve these problems for the purposes of promoting a sustainable development of city construction.
