摘要
产业集群作为一种独特的产业组织形式,已被应用到各种产业,取得了较大成功。产业集群对降低产品成本、加快技术创新、提高产业竞争力具有非常独特的作用。食品加工业产业集群是众多相关联的企业及组织,为了取得聚集经济效应,在一定区域内聚集形成的网络体系,具有相关企业及组织集聚、柔性专业化、网络化组织的特征。从萌芽诱因、动力机制、协调机制、资源整合机制、约束机制五方面剖析中国食品加工业产业集群的形成机理,提出促进中国食品加工产业集群实现的途径。
As a special form of organization, industry dusters have been applied to various industries and have achieved great success. Industry clusters have special functions in reducing product cost, accelerating technological innovation, and enhancing industry competitiveness. This paper first defines the concept of food processing industry clusters and its characteristics, then analyses in detail the mechanism for the formation of China's food processing industry clusters from in terms of embryonic inducement, dynamic mechanism, coordination mechanism, resources integration mechanism and restriction mechanism. Finally, some approaches to realizing Chinese food processing industry clusters are proposed.
