摘要 质量是企业的生命,也是质量管理部门的工作重心。目前,住宅消费已成为大众消费的重要组成部分,但住宅工程质量问题日益突出,住宅质量投诉与日俱增。为此,质量管理部门必须转变观念,提高质量管理的科学化水平,同时加强住宅质量投诉管理,为实现全面小康目标和建设和谐社会贡献力量。 Quality is life of enterprise, and the focus of administrative department of quality as well. At present, the consumption on house has already been the important component of masses' consumption, but the problems of housing project quality are prominent increasingly, complaints of the house quality are growing day by day. So, the administrative departments of quality must change their idae, improve the scientific level of quality control, strengthen complaint management of house quality at the same time in order to make a contribution to realizing the goal of well-off society in an all-round way and to building the harmonious society.
