Industrial Selection Criteria and Policy Research on Outward Foreign Direct Investment for Chinese Enterprises

经济全球化是21世纪经济发展的主流,而产业全球化是经济全球化的核心内容。作为推动我国产业结构高度化的一种有效方式,对外直接投资正越来越受到学术界重视。制定合理的产业选择基准,是优化我国对外直接投资产业结构,提高我国对外经济活动质量的必要前提。本文立足中国经济发展和企业成长的阶段性特征,探讨中国企业对外直接投资的产业选择基准,并在此基础上探讨相关产业选择政策,以使我国对外直接投资能更加健康、合理、顺利发展。

Economic globalization is the main trend of economic devdopment of 21th century, and industrial globalization is the core of economic globalization. As an effective way of pushing the industrial structure of China to higher degrees, outward foreign direct investment has been more and more attracting the attention of Chinese scholars. Making rational industrial selection criteria is the essential presupposition to optimize the industrial structure of outward foreign direct investment, and to improve the quality of outward economic activity of China. Based on the stage characteristics of Chinese economic development and the growing up of enterprises, this paper studies the industrial selection criteriaof outward foreign direct investment for Chinese enterprises, and on the basis of this, it further researches the related industrial selection policies so as to make the Chinese outward foreign direct investment develop more healthily, more rationally, and more smoothly.
