Promoted by chivalry electronic media and the study of chivalry culture, chivalry fictions in 1990s bore some fresh characteristics quite different from those in 1960s - 1980s, which were depicted by Wen Rui' an and Huang Yi in Hongkong. The change of media and the development of internet have led to “post - modernization” in chivalry genre, mainly with the expression of its expansion and infiltration. Despite some imperfection as for the achievement of chivalry fictions in 1990s, the writers of new generation have been of much vanguard in thinking exploration and genre trial, which will be the turning point in the formation of new genre. The subversion, stillness and blazing new trails in the development of the genre of chivalry fictions in early 20th century will certainly reappear in a new century.
