Status of the Rural Supernumerary Labors and the Human Resources Development of the Three Gorges Region

科学地开发三峡库区农村剩余劳动力资源,是未来库区经济、社会可持续发展的关键所在,本文在分析三峡库区农村剩余劳动力现状的基础上提出库区农村剩余劳动力资源开发战略及相关措施。

This paper puts a research on the rural supernumerary human resource of Three Gorges region. Firstly, this. paper researches the actuality of the area and analyzes the reasons. Then the solutions to the supernumerary labors problems of Three Gorges region are discussed. At last, the paper gives some suggestions to the supernumerary human resources developing strategy and relative measures of Three Gorges Region.
