摘要
本文首先探讨了敏捷项目管理的起源及其适应性项目框架;并论述了其在软件项目中的应用。然后对适应性项目框架的计划制定对比极限项目管理作了详细的阐述。
The origin of the concept of agile project management is discussed in this article, as well as the framework of adapted project. The application of the agile project management among the software projects is also talked about. Compared with the extreme project management, the planmaking of agile project framework is elaborated in detail.
