摘要
随着知识经济和信息经济的来临,知识传递和信息传播在推动社会发展中的作用日益彰显,也对培训机构的功能提出了新的要求。目前的培训组织多数建立在传统结构基础之上,已经不适应时代的要求。本文以帕森斯的组织分类理论为依托,研究培训组织的横向型结构设计,使培训组织建立在以项目为核心的基础上,具有满足顾客需求、整合资源、灵活应变、高效率的功能。这对于我们深入研究组织设计理论,推进社会文明的发展具有重要意义。
With the coming knowledge economy and information economy, the function of knowledge transferring and information propagation have never become so significant, hence imposes new demands to the function of training institution. This paper is based on Talcott Parsons' s theory of organization classification, and researches on the transversal structure design of training organization in order to satisfy customs needs, integrate resource, and have more flexibility and high efficiency centralized on project. This has great significance for our research on the theory of organization design, and is also a propelling force of the development of social civilization.
