摘要
复合纳米乳剂的主要抗菌成分为壳聚糖和蜂胶,采用理化分析、电镜法和定性抑菌试验方法,对其理化特征、稳定性和抗菌效果进行了观察。结果,在透射电镜下可见复合乳剂中颗粒直径在30~200nm,分布均匀。复合纳米乳剂中氨基葡萄糖含量为8.23g/L,总黄酮为5.61g/L;对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为体积分数12.5%的乳剂原液。该乳剂原液在54℃温箱储存14d,总黄酮和氨基葡萄糖含量分别下降0.53%和1.44%。结论,复方纳米乳剂颗粒在纳米级范围,具有抗菌作用,性能稳定。
The main antibacterial ingredients of compound nanoemulsion are chitosan and propolis. Physicochemical analysis, electronmicroscopic method and qualitative bacteriostatic test method were used to observe its physicochemical characters, stability and antibacterial efficacy. Results: Transmission electronmicroscopic examination found that the diameter of the particles of the compound emulsion was 30 -200 nm and the particles were distributed evenly. The compound nanoemulsion contained aminoglucose 8.23 g/L and total flavone 5.61 g/L. Its minimal concentration for inhibiting Escherichia coli was 12.5% (v/v) of the stock solution of the emulsion. The total flavone content and aminoglucose content of its stock solution decreased by 0.53% and 1.44% respeetively after storing in 54℃ incubator for 14 days. Conclusions : The size of the particles of the compound nanoemulsion are in the range of nanometer. It has antibacterial action and is stable.
