摘要
为了解乙醇与银离子协同杀菌作用及其影响因素,在实验室条件下,采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了观察。结果,以体积分数30%乙醇作用1.0min,对金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值为1.15;2.0mg/L银离子消毒液作用1.0min,平均杀灭对数值为0.94。以含体积分数30%乙醇与2.0mg/L银离子组成的复方消毒液作用1.0min,对金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值>6.46。小牛血清、牛血清白蛋白及氯离子可使该复方消毒液的杀菌效果下降;硝酸或氢氧化钠能明显提高乙醇和银离子复方消毒液杀菌作用。结论,乙醇与银离子对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显协同杀菌作用。
In order to know the synergetic germicidal efficacy of ethanol and silver ion and its influencing factors, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used for observation in laboratory. Results: The average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 30% (v/v) ethanol for 1.0 min was 1.15, that of S. aureus exposed to 2.0 mg/L silver ion for 1.0 min was 0.94 and that of S. aureus exposed to the compound disinfection solution composed of 30% (v/v) ethanol and 2.0 mg,/L silver ion for I. 0 min was 〉 6.46. Calf serum, bovine serum albumin and chlorine ion could cause decrease in germicidal efficacy of this compound disinfection solution, while nitric acid or sodium hydroxide could enhance obviously the germicidal efficacy of the compound disinfection solution of ethanol and silver ion. Conclusion : Ethanol and silver ion have obvious synergetic efficacy in killing Staphylococcus aureus .
