聚维酮碘消毒剂毒性的试验研究 被引量:25

摘要 聚维酮碘是碘伏类消毒剂的一种,为了解其使用的安全性,采用动物试验法对其毒性和皮肤黏膜刺激性进行了观察。结果,聚维酮碘消毒剂对大、小鼠急性经口毒性LD50均大于10g/kg体重,属实际无毒级。亚急性毒性试验各剂量组试验动物生长发育良好,体重增加正常,与正常对照组相比较,差异无显著性;各剂量组试验动物血常规和血生化指标与对照组比较差异均无显著性;试验动物各脏器均未见明显病理改变。微核试验结果与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异,该消毒剂对小鼠骨髓PCE细胞无诱变作用。含有效碘6g/L的聚维酮碘消毒剂对家兔的皮肤和眼睛无刺激性,对兔阴道黏膜可引起极轻刺激性;含有效碘3g/L的该消毒剂对兔阴道黏膜无刺激性。结论,聚维酮碘消毒剂属实际无毒级,亚急性毒性试验未见异常,对皮肤及眼黏膜无刺激性,对动物阴道黏膜有极轻度刺激性。 Povidone iodine is one of the iodophor disinfectants. In order to know its safety for use, animal test was used to observe its toxicity and irritation to skin and mucous membrane. Results: The oral toxicity LD50 of povidone iodine for both rats and mice was 10 g/kg body weight, so it belongs to practically non -toxic class. In subacute toxicity test, the experimental animals of different dosage groups grew and developed well and their body weight increased normally, with no significant difference as compared with the control group. The blood routine and blood biochemical parameters of the animals of different dosage groups showed no significant difference as compared with those of the control group. No obvious pathological change of various organs was seen in test animals. The result of micronucleus test showed no significant difference as compared with the negative control group. The disinfectant had no mutagenic effect on mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE). The povidone iodine disinfectant containing available iodine 6 g/L was non - irritating to rabbit skin and eye and was slightly irritating to rabbit vaginal mucosa. The disinfectant containing available iodine 3 g/L was non - irritating to rabbit vaginal mucosa. Conclusions: Povidone iodine disinfectant belongs to practically non- toxic class. No abnormality was seen in subacute toxicity test. It was non - irritating to skin and conjunctiva and slightly irritating to animal vaginal mucosa.
