摘要
一种植物复方消毒液是以蒲公英和百部为主要成分的水煎提取液制成,用载体定量杀菌试验对其杀菌效果进行了观察。结果,该消毒液原液对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌,分别作用1、3、7min,平均杀灭率达到99.94%以上;有机物对其杀菌效果有一定影响。该消毒剂原液在54℃的条件下密封储存14d,杀菌效果无明显变化。结论,该植物复方消毒液对细菌繁殖体和酵母菌有较好的杀灭效果且性能稳定。
A berhal compound disinfectant solution was prepared from the water decoctions of the main ingredients Herba Taraxaci and Radix Stemonae. Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe its germicidal efficacy. Results： The stock solution of the disinfectant with 1, 3 and 7 min contact time killed over 99.94% in average ofEscherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans respectively. Organic substance had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. The germicidal efficacy of its stock solution had no significant change after storing in sealed condition at 54℃ for 14 days. Conclusion： This herbal compound disinfectant solution has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and yeast. Its property is stable.
