摘要
用载体定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验观察了床单位臭氧消毒器对医院被服类物品消毒效果。结果,开机90min,塑料袋中臭氧浓度达1777.40mg/m3。开机消毒30min,对布片载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均大于3.0;消毒60min,对布片载体上黑曲霉菌孢子杀灭对数值大于3.0;消毒90min,对医院使用中棉絮/床单表面的自然菌杀灭对数值大于1.0,棉絮内层的自然菌杀灭对数值大于0.8。结论,床单位臭氧消毒器对污染于被服类物品上的细菌和真菌具有很强的消毒效果,对被服表面自然菌杀灭效果达到合格要求。
Carrier quantitative germicidal test and field disinfection trial were used to observe the efficacy of Bed Unit Ozone Disinfector in disinfection of hospital bedding and clothing. Results : After operation of the Disinfector for 90 rain, the ozone contentration in the plastic bag containing bedding and clothing attained 1771.40 mg/m^3. The killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on cloth carriers disinfected by operation of the disinfector for 30 min was higher than 3.0, that of spores of AspergiUus niger disinfected by the disinfector for 60 min was higher than 3.0, that of natural bacteria on the surfaces of cotton wadding/sheet in use in hospital disinfected by the disinfector for 90 min was higher than 1.0 and that of the natural bacteria in inner layer of cotton wadding was higher than 0.8. Conclusions; The Bed Unit Ozone Disinfector has high efficacy in disinfection of bedding and clothing contaiminated by bacteria and fungi and the efficacy in killing natural bacteria on surfaces of bedding and clothing fulfills the requirement of eligibility.
