眼部铁水烧伤患者的护理

Nursing in patients with eye scald injury by molten iron

眼部铁水烧伤与其他眼外伤相比,损害机制复杂,并发症多,预后较差。积极完善的护理有助于疾病的恢复。本文总结11例眼部铁水烧伤患者的临床救治和护理体会,11例患者中治愈2例,好转7例,无效2例。提出针对本病的系统的护理措施,重点突出并发症的观察和护理,使用的特殊药物的护理和心理护理,并结合患者平日对铁水烧伤的防护不足及现场处理不够,进行出院指导。

Eye scald injury by molten iron is more serious than the others eye injury, such as eye scald injury by hot water, acid or alkali because of complex damage mechanism and poor prognosis, but active and systemic nursing may be availed to recover. The author in this paper analyzed clinical treatment and nursing of 11 patients with eye scald injury by molten iron, then put forward the systemic nursing rules which emphasized on enhancing attention to the appearances of syndrome, special drug nursing of clinical treatment and mentality nursing. Furthermore, the author advanced the guidance for discharging according to the patients＇ inadequate defense and local treatment. There were two healed patients, seven improved ones and two patients without effect.
