摘要
分析了52例住院接受面部塑形受术者的心理特征,其心理表现分为先天缺陷型、追求完美型、追赶时髦型、恋爱婚姻型;心理问题表现为手术愿望强烈、对手术期望过高、羞涩、焦虑、孤僻等。针对术前、术后存在心理问题的受术者,采取不同方法实施心理疏导,随时评估,及时调整护理计划,及时进行效果评价,达到了有效沟通,受术者心态良好,主动配合,顺利进入恢复期,缩短了住院时间,节省了费用,本组无1例医疗纠纷发生。
The paper analyzed psychological features of 52 in-patients undergoing plastic surgery. They included birth defect, pursuing perfect, pursuing fashion and purpose of love and marriage. Psychological problems were strong desire for operation, too much expectation from surgery, shyness, anxiety and dissoeial psychology. Aiming at preoperative and postoperative psychological problems, the author adopted different psychological guidance, assessed at any time, adjusted nursing plan timely and evaluated the effect timely. Thus, effective communication was achieved, patients had good psychology, cooperated actively and entered the period of recovery smoothly, the time of hosoitalization was shorten, exoenditure was less and no medical disoute was found in the group.
