手外伤患者健康知识优势需求与对策

Need for health knowledge of patients with hand injury and countermeasures

用自制的健康知识需求调查表对200例手外伤患者进行调查,选择前8项最关心的宣教内容。结果患者对健康知识需求排前8位的是:解除疼痛,促进伤口愈合,避免伤口感染、肿胀,伤口换药等,均在79.0%以上。提示基层医院应针对手外伤患者的健康知识需求进行健康教育。

200 patients with hand injury were surveyed by self-made questionnaire about need for health knowledge, and they were asked to choose the most needed 8 items of health education. According to the results, the most needed 8 items of health education chosen by patients were： pain relief, promoting the recovery of wounds, preventing infection, changing the dressing and so on （All were chosen by more than 79.0%）. The paper suggested that the grass roots hospitals should have health education for those patients having need for health knowledge.
