高效液相色谱法测定复方当归注射液中阿魏酸含量

Determination of ferulic acid in compound Angelica Chinensis injection by HPLC

目的建立测定测定复方当归注射液中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以ZorbaxSBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇水(50∶50,水中含1%冰醋酸)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1;于323nm波长处测定。结果阿魏酸在9.78～58.68mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.78%,RSD为0.17%。结论该方法快速、准确,适用于复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in compound angelica injection. METHODS Analyrical column Zorbax SB-C18 was used in HPLC. Mobile phase consistsed of methanol-water （50： 50 containing 1. 0% glacial acetic acid in water）. Detection wavelength was 323 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ferulic acid was 9.78 - 58.68μg · mg· L^- 1, r = 0. 999 9. The mean recovery was 99. 78% with RSD of 0. 17%. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, accurate, and suitable for determination of ferulic acid in compound Angelica Chinensis injection.
