Brainstem Encephalitis in Children

摘要 小儿脑干脑炎较少见,现认为与Miller-Fisher综合征同属跟肌麻痹-共济失调-反射消失综合征。病理机制系脑干部位不同病原感染后的变态反应,临床以颅神经与锥体束、感觉传导束的交叉综合征为基本特点。本文结合部分文献对该病作一综述,以期对诊断及治疗有所认识。
