电针对大鼠脊髓内γ-干扰素样免疫反应阳性物质表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究电针刺激“足三里”对大鼠脊髓内γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)样免疫反应阳性物质表达的影响,探索针刺作用机制。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法,通过显微镜观察脊髓内IFN-γ样免疫反应阳性细胞数量。结果:电针刺激“足三里”后,免疫抑制加电针组大鼠脊髓内IFN-γ样免疫反应阳性细胞数量无明显变化(P>0.05);免疫抑制组在背角内的免疫阳性细胞数量明显少于正常对照组(P<0.05),其他部位无明显变化;电针组与正常对照组相比差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针刺激“足三里”可提高脊髓内IFN-γ样免疫反应阳性物质的表达,针灸可能以IFN-γ为介质激活神经免疫调节网络。 Objeetive To observe effect of electroacupuncture at "Zusanli" (ST 36) on expression of interferon-γ (IFN-γ)-like immunoreaetive substance in spinal cord of the rat and to probe the mechanism. Methods The IFN-γ-like immunoreactive positive cell number in spinal cord of the rat was investigated with immunohistochemical SP method and microscopy. Results After eleetroaeupuneture at "Zusanli" (ST 36), IFN-γ-like immunoreaetive positive cell number in the spinal cord of the rat with electroacupuncture plus immunosuppression did not significantly change (P〉0. 05). The number of positive cells in the dorsal horn in the rats with immunosuppression was signifi- cantly less than that in the normal control group (P〈0. 05) with no significant change in other parts and with no significant difference between the eleetroaeupuneture group and the control group (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Elec-troacupuncture at "Zusanli" (ST 36) can increase expression of IFN-γ-like immunoreactive substance in spinal cord of the rat, and acupuncture activates the nerve-immunoregulative network possibly by IFN-γ as medium.
