A Study on the Acceptance of Special Medical Center

目的 科学预计不同规模专科中心平均病员通过量,为不同专科中心床位配置提供依据,研究提高专科中心收容 能力的组织指挥方法。方法 运用随机服务系统理论对专科中心床位利用排队系统进行研究。结果 模拟出不同专科中心不同 床位日均病员通过置及其相应排队参数,提出不同专科中心床位配置的理论值,指出提高专科中心病员通过量的措施。结准绳 排队论理论在专科中心床位配置与利用中的运用,创新了专科中心建设与管理的思路,从数学上为专科中心的建设规模问题提 供了参考。

Objective To forecast the quantity of patients thought medical center in one clay,explore how to arrange bed and make full use of it.Methods Queuing theory was used to make research on the queuing system of beds in medical center.Results The. number of patients through some medical center in one day was put forward,the theoretic number of beds deployed in some medical center was pointed out,and measures for increasing the acceptance capacity were brought out.Conclusion Queuing theory is scientific and effective in organizing the medical center beds ,the research innovated the theory of organizing and commanding to the medical center.
