颈椎脊神经沟的形态学研究

A STUDY ON MORPHOLOGY OF SULCI NERVE SPINALIUM

通过对70例成人干燥颈椎的脊神经沟的观测,结果表明:(1)颈3～7内口宽值均在5±1mm范围;(2)前结节纵径以颈5最大;(3)沟深值在颈5.6明显增大.提出:(1)内口宽值在3mm以下可认为狭窄(2)颈5、6外口宽值分别在2.7mm和4.2mm以下或沟深值分别在7.7mm和8.5mm以上时,均可认为狭窄;(3)颈5、6臂丛神经根在外口处易受暴力伤.

The observation and measurement were made on the sulci nerve spinalium of 70 adult dry vertebrae cervicaes. The results were as follows: 1. The medial diameter of the sulcus nerve spinalis was 5±1 mm at C1-C7. 2. The longitudinal diameter of the tuberculum anterius was the greatest at C5. 3. The depth of sulci nerve spinalum increased significantly at Cs and C6. The results suggest that the width of the medial opening is considered narrow when it is less than 3 mm; that the width of the kteral opening is considered narrow when it is less than 2. 7 mm and 4. 2 mm at C5and C6 and so is the depth of sulcus nerre spinalis when it is more than 7. 7 mm and 8. 5 mm ; and that the roots of the brachial plexus at C5 and C6 are easy to be injured by violence.
