摘要
通过对无锡市托管制医院精神文化建设的专题调查,分析了托管制医院在新的体制、机制改革后医院和医务人员 价值观、医院精神、医院哲学、医院氛围等方面的变化、特点和规律.旨在为深化医院改革提供更好的精神文化背景,为医院可持 续性发展提供强大的精神动力。
Through special investigation into the spiritual culture building of hospitals with trusteeship system in Wuxi, the paper analyzed the changes in the values,spirits ,philosophy and moral of hospital and their medical staffs after in troducing new system of trusteeship,and mechanism transformation,as well as the characteristics and rules of this changes.Its objectives are to assist hospital reform with better spiritual culture atmosphere and provide it with even strong spiritual support for hospitals＇sustainable development.
